We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

All guitars have a 48 hour approval period. All amplifiers, pickups, and pre-amps have a 45 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund. You will be responsible for round trip shipping fees.

Pickups which have been installed are not eligible for returns.

All items purchased with a credit card will bear an additional 3% fee (4% for American Express and International Purchases). This fee is non-refundable.

Warranty Policy

Many items we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. In the event of a warranty claim, both domestic and international customers will be responsible for round trip shipping fees incurred in repairing or replacing the item.

Price Guarantee

All amplifiers, pre-amps, and pickups have a 45 day price guarantee. If you find a lower price within 45 days of you purchase we will beat it by 10%. A current ad from a licensed dealer is required.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

Taxes

We only charge sales tax for orders within the state of Washington.

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
